Yes. You need to sign up for 3 months and then you can do the month to month option.
You need to put down a Security Payment equal to your first month’s rent along with your 1st month’s prorated rent.
Once you sign a lease and put down your security deposit, one of our associates will meet you on site for 2 key Fobs.

It depends on your budget and space needs. If you need a lot of space and have big RVs, we would recommend the large units. The Smaller units are still large, but used for the smaller RVs and Boats.
Yes, The units have thermostats and heaters and are monitored monthly. Each tenant is responsible for their power usage.
Yes. There is ample lighting in the units. There 3 outlets and each unit has 30 amps of power.
Vivid has superior construction over other storage units. Our walls are framed and drywalled to the ceiling to have complete separation. They are also fire-rated to protect your assets.
There are car collectors, RVs and Boat storage, and many businesses store their inventory.
This was our top priority. Each unit has a Fob and private code to entry their units. There are also alarm options to enhance the security. There are over 12 security cameras with live feed that monitor everyone going in and out of the park. There is a gate that only opens with your personal Key Fob. The entire park is lit up at night to deter any wrong doing. There is also a 6’ high fence all around the park.
Our large units can fit just about any 5th wheel or RV. The wide drive isle also allows exceptional maneuverability. Our over-sized Over Head doors allow for tall RVs, Boats and Trailers.
Yes you can store your business inventory for pick up and drop off. Although we do not allow hazardous materials.
There are 2 bathrooms on site. You will get a private door code to use the facilities.
